Batman is best because he doesn’t have any super powers. He have extremely good knowledge in martial arts (hi was working hard for that), he have cool gadgets and he is smart.

Obviously the Joker, for he need Batman to exist, and he is the crown prince of crime, so how could be worse, on the the classics are better, and none is as Class as Joker
